Another half of mt.fuji is located in yamanashi prefecture and there are plentiful tourist attractions and viewing spots. This lake has a more placid feel and is less developed than the others, but it does bear a unique view of the mountain. Perhaps the best view spot is at #21, along the oishi park and kawaguchiko nature house area. On the way up, i did feel that my ears were adjusting to air pressure.
